2023 SCHOLARSHIP WINNER: Becca Rugar My name is Becca Rugar, I'm 19 yrs old and graduated from Millbrook High School in 2022. I will be starting my Sophomore year at Slippery Rock University. I am majoring in Physical and Health Education with a concentration in School Wellness Education. My minors include aquatics, wellness, adventure fitness, adapted physical activity and coaching. I am on the dive team as well as the secretary for the swim and dive team club, a lifeguard at two facilities and I am the Vice President of the School Wellness Education Council. I am thankful to receive this scholarship as it will help with expenses.
