Hudson Valley Spring Yarn Crawl
Red Hook, NY (March 6, 2015) . . . . Ding Dong! The Winter’s Gone! The Wicked Old Winter’s Gone! Well, almost. Make your plans now to shake off the snow-bound blahs and get moving. Grab your fiber friends and join the Crawl! The Spring 2015 Hudson Valley Yarn Crawl will take place March 28 & 29. Up and down the Hudson Valley, yarn and fiber shops and farms will have their shelves filled with delights for the senses: from neon brights to gentle pastels, colorific creations will chase away the grays of arctic-cold skies and the squishy, downy, silky yarns and fibers will revive your frost-dulled fingers. Added treat: Spring is lambing time – plenty to watch and wonder! There’s something for everyone to help restore the soul and transition from survival mode to savor mode. Check the list of participating shops and farms to find nearby opportunities or opportunities for exploring what’s out there where you’ve never gone before.
